My website builder platform is used/hosted by Hostinger’s Website Builder platform and its tools (plugins). You agree by purchasing or browsing on our store website. By agreeing and accessing this website and its terms, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Please read these policies carefully.

WEBSITE

• This website is hosted & used through Hostinger & its tools (plugins). We do our best to keep the website running smoothly and up-to-date, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or completely accurate at all times. Your use of the site is at your own risk because it is out of my control to fix any problems with this website builder hosted and used through Hostinger.

ONLINE STORE:

PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• I list all of my products as accurately as possible (descriptions, images, prices).

• Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

• All prices are in USD (unless otherwise noted in the future).

• When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate details like shipping address, payment info, and contact info.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

• I use Hostinger’s built-in checkout/payment setup, Hostinger.

• If you are using any payment methods other than using a debit card, I am not responsible for any errors (price, stock, fraud suspicion), as I do not run other payment methods like eWallets, which I am unfamiliar with, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and cryptocurrency. If you experienced fraud, please contact your bank as soon as possible.

• Product Information: We try to make all product descriptions, images, and details as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur, especially in colors, sizes, or materials, due to camera quality. The camera quality isn’t always accurate.

• Pre-Orders: Some items may be available for pre-order. Pre-ordered items will ship according to the estimated dates provided at checkout. These dates are estimates and may change.

• Availability: Products are subject to stock levels. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• I ship the physical products as purchased to the address provided at checkout. Always double-check your address before you proceed.

• Delivery times are estimates. Shipments may vary based on your location and the weight of the package/mail.

• Any customs, duties, or extra fees for international shipping are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Delayed or lost package, unfortunately, this is out of my control, but please contact your post office/check your tracker to see where your package went. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order(s). Each of my products, I put my heart and soul into; I am not responsible for lost mail.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Our return and refund policy is outlined separately (on a Refund Policy page).

• If the products are no longer available on the website, but you proceeded to place an order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

• All content (text, images, designs) on Rozybearrae is owned by me unless otherwise stated.

• You may use the site only for personal, non‑commercial browsing or purchasing.

• You must not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or sublicense site material without my permission.

HOSTINGER COMPLIANCE & CONTENT CONDUCT

• I comply with Hostinger’s Acceptable Use Policy. I do not host or sell illegal products, infringing materials, malware, spam, or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other laws. Hostinger Help Center.

• You agree that anything you submit (reviews, comments, messages) must respect these rules.

CHANGES TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to update these Terms once a year.

• Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the new terms.

COPYRIGHT:

• My original works are automatically protected.

• Using any of my artworks/any work that I produce and is being used wrongly without my permission can lead to copyright infringement, resulting in penalties such as monetary damages or injunctions as written in the U.S Copyright Office.

• Cookies are run by Hostinger.

• Rozybearrae uses cookies to make your experience more personal/smooth. By using our site, you agree to the essential cookies that help the website work properly.

You can choose to accept or decline optional cookies, but some cookies are necessary for basic site functions. You must not:

• Copy or republish material from Rozybearrae for any profit reasons without my permission.

• Some parts of this website allow users to post and share their thoughts or information. Rozybearrae does not review or edit comments before they appear. What users post does not represent the views of Rozybearrae or anyone connected to me. Each comment/review belongs to the person who wrote it.

• Rozybearrae isn’t responsible for any comments or any issues that come from using or posting comments on the site.

• I do monitor comments and remove anything that may feel/sound inappropriate, offensive, or go against these Terms.

HYPERLINKING TO MY CONTENT:

• Anyone can hyperlink my content as long as it’s not misleading and doesn’t suggest we sponsor or endorse them.

CONTENT LIABILITY:

• You agree that I’m not responsible for any content on your website. Please don’t place our link on any page that’s offensive, illegal, or violates anyone’s rights. Terms of service are in the control of Hostinger.
